Cassia Restaurant – a Culinary Journey where East meets West!
As Baguio City’s culinary scene expands by the day, another addition to its vibrant landscape opens its doors on 21 February 2025 – Cassia Restaurant and Bar! Located at the new Hotel Supreme Mall and Events Center, this new flagship restaurant of Hotel Supreme is a new culinary haven and is a treat on its own. With the right fusion of East and West, every palate will surely be satisfied.

Cassia Restaurant and Bar: Baguio’s newest gastronomic destination
When I first went there for their opening, it was expected to be crowded but the ambiance was very welcoming and cozy, the lighting was just right, but the space was quite limited. Luckily the adjacent function hall was available and we were able to secure a seat. The venue is really good for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and any other life events that you want to celebrate.
What to expect in Cassia Restaurant and Bar? They have their bread and pastry station, the beverage corner, they have their entrée station (changing menu), they also have a takoyaki station, egg station, and a live pasta station. They also have the salad station, and the sweet station!

This new gastronomic destination draws inspiration from the Chinese Cinnamon, a common herb and spice that is usually used in oriental cooking. With the diverse flavors offered by Cassia, you get to experience food from different parts of the world just while sitting and enjoying a hearty Cassia meal. Carefully crafted dishes by artisan chefs is the thing that makes Cassia Restaurant and Bar a notch higher than other haute cuisine restaurants in the metro.
How to get to Cassia Restaurant and Bar
Via jeepney:
If you are going to Cassia Restaurant and Bar via jeepney, ride any jeep going to La Trinidad (i.e., La Trinidad, Tomay, Pico, Wangal, etc.) Their jeepney terminals are found at (1) below Baguio City Hall, beside Travelite Express Hotel, and (2) Magsaysay Avenue, in front of Pilando Center. Fare is ₱ 13.00 for a short trip. Travel time is around 15-20 minutes depending on the traffic.
Via taxi:
If you are going to Cassia Restaurant and Bar via taxi, tell the taxi driver to drop you off at “Hotel Supreme” or “Savemore Hotel Supreme.” The Hotel Supreme Mall and Events Center is on the right side of the road. Taxi fare costs around ₱ 100.00 – 120.00, depending on your pickup location. Travel time is approximately around 10-15 minutes.
Via private car:
If you are going to Cassia Restaurant and Bar via private car, search on your preferred navigation app “Cassia Restaurant and Bar” (right side of the road). Travel time is around 10-15 minutes, depending on the traffic situation.
