Dinagyang is one of the major opening salvos every year, drawing millions of tourists from all over the world. Held every fourth Sunday of January, the Dinagyang pays homage to the Child Jesus, Sto. Niño through a colorful showcase of culture and tradition taking its roots from pre-colonial times.
