113 Wagner Cafe Now Offers Brunch Sets!
113 Wagner Cafe is one of the most sought-after intimate restaurants in Baguio City because of its nature yet homey vibe, bringing you in a garden-like setup while enjoying their hearty and well-thought meals. This by-reservation-only restaurant is also a proposal and date haven as it has seen many marriage proposals and just another date night out with their special someone or their friends and families. It is personally one of my recommended restaurants when visiting Baguio for the vibe!

113 Wagner Cafe Now Offers Brunch Sets!
From its typical lunch and dinner setups, 113 Wagner Cafe now offers a hearty and heavy Brunch for its guests. Still on a “by reservation setup,” Brunch Sets its brunch for two (2) seatings, first seating is from 0900 to 1100 H and the second seating is from 1130 to 1330 H.
Wagner Brunch Sets
113 Wagner Cafe offers up to three different Brunch Sets that guests can choose from. Each set is already good for two, and I assure you, it is heavy, savory, but most importantly hearty.
“Agahan” Set
The Agahan Set starts the day rolling with Wagner’s home-made yoghurt with mangoes, topped with pinipig and cashew polvoron. To make your day even more hearty, it is then paired with an Australian Rib-Eye Garlic Tapa with Pickled Red Onions and Cherry Tomatoes on the side, accompanied with savory scrambled eggs with Basmati Garlic Rice. To top it off, a savory Lemon Butter Skillet pancake is served to complete the ensemble.
“Hearty Mornings” Set
On a lighter side of things, the Hearty Mornings Set starts its day with a mini sourdough loaf with strawberry chili jam (my personal favorite) and cinnamon butter. Its mains comes with a hearty Home-made bacon and Breakfast sausage, with chili honey and Baked Beans with Mozzarella Cheese on the side. The set comes with a Strawberries and Cream Skillet pancake – a perfect show stopper.
“Gourmet Delight” Set
Not to be biased but this brunch set is my personal favorite. The Gourmet Delight Set starts with a home-made yoghurt topped with granola and pure Abra honey. It is then complemented with a savory salmon eggs benedict and oven-baked cereal-coated Kaya Toasties with cheese as its mains. To finish the session, a savory skillet pancake with mortadella and balsamic vinaigrette dressing is served to cleanse the palate.
As an added “culinary attraction,” every Brunch Set features an all-new and home-made original skillet pancakes that showcases different flavors and accents depending on the set you will be getting. This Wagner Cafe’s brainchild recipe is one for the books and is not your typical pancakes – savory, tasty, and it plays flavors in your palate. My personal favorite is their Savory Skillet Pancake with Mortadella and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing (Gourmet Delight Brunch Set). It is a perfect pair for every meal as it gives a kick to start your day.
Its right symphony of food and ambiance makes the whole dining experience more than just an ‘experience’ itself, it is a celebration of life’s blessings, in every bit and piece.
