Valencia ’s Restaurant – Your Culinary Adventure Starts Here
Nestled along the lush greens of Baguio found in the outskirts of the city, Valencia’s Restaurant is your safe hideaway from the busy metro. Its rustic and homey vibe is just welcoming and feels like you are just dining from your foyer.
From here, you get to have a taste of Filipino, Italian, and Spanish fusion cuisines that would definitely remind you of home. A perfect combination of these 3 cultures that are familiar to the Filipino palate. As Valencia’s Restaurant would put it, they focus on making paella one of their specialty dishes (and I tell you, they are oh-so-good!) as they are claimed to be the “House of Paella.”
What’s cooking on Valencia ’s Restaurant Menu
During our latest visit to Valencia’s Restaurant, they are offering some new additions to their menu. What we tried are some of their dish specialities: Refreshing Watermelon Salad, Bangus Ala Pobre, Paella Negra, Lasagna Al Forno, Paella Valenciana, and their newest offerings, Sweet and Sour Lapu-Lapu (Pescado Agridulce), and their USDA Rib Eye Steak (500 grams).
I can say that their Rib Eye Steak, Paella Negra, and their Sweet and Sour Lapu-Lapu dishes are a must-try and you should not miss this when visiting Valencia’s. The Filipino-Spanish-Italian fusion really comes into play. The flavors just tickle your taste buds!
