It is that time of that year again where cold winds approach Baguio City and tourists start to flock the City’s main thoroughfares to welcome that crisp breeze. Every December, one of the must-see attractions in the City is the Baguio Country Club – and guess what, they have prepared a Galaxy Christmas Village for you!

As Baguio is undoubtedly the coldest city in the Philippines, it is a favorite hub of vacationers from the warm lowlands. In addition to your peanut brittles, strawberry taho, and that warm Baguio welcome, Baguio Country Club has added a new attraction that will make you experience Christmas to a whole new level.
This year, the Baguio Country Club will bring the stars and other heavenly bodies close to you as their village is galaxy-themed. The Galaxy Christmas Village is one of the first attractions for Christmas in the City this year so early vacationers would have a glimpse of how Baguio celebrates Christmas.
The Galaxy experience
Every year, the village’s theme changes – giving every visitors a different feel every year. With the stars closer to you, some traditional activities have also been lined up for the duration of the Christmas Village.

Before the village lights up at night, a reenactment of the Nativity Scene will signal the start of the activities. Shortly after, a light show will surely mesmerize everyone as every lights and sound are synced to the beat. There is also an opportunity for kids to have a picture-taking session with Santa Claus and with all the “villagers” and Nativity cast as well.

There is also a Wishing Wall for guests who want to post their wishes. It between snow falls, there will also be live performances of different performing groups at the Center Stage. If you are hungry, there are also several food kiosks and souvenir shops to complete your Baguio Country Club Galaxy Christmas Village experience.
