Coming home to Hill Station Bistro

Baguio City is known for its nice views and cool weather – not to mention, for its good food, too! Good thing Hill Station Bistro opened its new doors in one of the premier spots in the city – SM City Baguio! It is experiencing a relaxed ambiance while enjoying good and hearty comfort food rolled into one place. From its humble roots going back to the very first Hill Station Restaurant in Casa Vallejo, it has now branch into two, similar and laid-back bistros which are equal of ambiance and style.

Experiencing good food and ambiance in Hill Station Bistro

While Hill Station Bistro is known for its home-made, gourmet, highland and Western fusion meals, it is but appropriate that they open another door in one of the places that have a good vantage point of the city. Located in one of the more peaceful spots in SM City Baguio, you can have the right mix of enjoying your good food while having a good look at the view of the below.

As I am a fan of places having good views while having a good munch on my food, I instantly found Hill Station Bistro as a quiet haven for me to simply just enjoy the city’s cool breeze.

During Hill Station Bistro’s opening last 13 September 2022, we were taken to a treat of experiencing some of their gourmet dishes, too, while basking and looking around Baguio’s panoramic view below.

For our experience, we have tried their Texmex Fries (for appetizer), Bistro Salad (for greens), Grilled Australian Tenderloin Steak and Bistek Tagalog (for mains), Vietnamese Drip Coffee and Fresh Buko Juice (for drinks), and Death by Chocolate and Cheesecake Flan (for dessert) – all comfort food that made our hearts melt. Hill Station Bistro’s signature of delivering good food is an experience on its own. You just add Baguio’s good view and cool climate – it is a perfect match.
