Amare La Cucina Moves to their New Home: Amare +
Being one of the pioneers of bringing the concept of brick-oven pizzas to Baguio City, Amare La Cucina now moves to a larger and more cozy place in Outlook Drive, Baguio City. Moving from their former place in Albergo Hotel near Wright Park, Amare’s new location offers a wider and newer dining experience, being closer to nature and experiencing dishes that are not found in other Amare branches.
Amare + ( Amare La Cucina plus more! )
Amare + is the new home of Amare La Cucina in Baguio City, moving from their former location in Albergo Hotel, Amare + is now housed in a wider and more cozy place for you to enjoy your brick oven-cooked pizzas!
Their new location now offers a more personable experience, starting from their Reception Area where a host would welcome you upon entering Amare. On its left side is their Monte Gelati Bar and their Pasalubong (Souvenir) Area. You will also be greeted by their bar where beverages are made. From there, you will be entering their main dining hall, with several private dining rooms for several guests. There is also an al fresco dining area perfect for guests who have pets or for those who want to feel the cool Baguio breeze.
What to expect in Amare +
Since this is Amare La Cucina’s new home, they will soon be opening their own bakery so they will be baking their own bread. They will also be launching their events space soon for more intimate gatherings within Amare La Cucina +.
For their soft opening, me (Turista Boy), Northcon, and other local content creators were invited to try some of Amare La Cucina’s bestsellers. Here are some of them:
We were offered a special menu for the soft opening launch of Amare La Cucina +. We were offered (in order): Pampano Ala Puttanesca, Meatballs Sandwich, Ube Pizza, Salmon Steak, Strawberry Burrata Salad, Multi-Grain Bread, and their Monti Gelati selections.
You can also make your own pizza for free (when you order pizza from the restaurant, of course) and experience how to toss pizza dough and they will let you put the ingredients of your pizza order yourself. This Amare La Cucina signature is one of the experiences you have to try when dining. This is also where you get to see their famed brick oven where your pizza will be baked.
