Amare La Cucina – Experience the best of Neapolitan Cuisine
Amare La Cucina – Experiencing Neapolitan Pizza on a whole new level!
Who does not love eating? I for one, being a newbie foodie enveloped in a traveler’s body loves to explore different types, kinds, and varieties of food! In this blog, I have experienced why Amare La Cucina would make you fall in love with their Neapolitan Cuisine! Not just that, dining here is a gustatory experience that you would definitely share and you will keep coming back for more!

Showcasing the best of Neapolitan cuisine, Amare La Cucina’s “main attraction” is their traditionally-cooked brick oven pizza. Baked in an unconventional oven and made from the freshest ingredients found around town, they are the game-changer in the Baguio restaurant experience.
One of the firsts I have tried in Amare is to knead and toss the pizza dough myself – which is one of their dining experience highlights, by the way. Their staff are like master craftsmen who will teach you the basics of dough kneading and tossing. It is also a way for you to see for yourself what ingredients they put (on the pizza that you will be ordering) and they will let you prepare the pizza yourself!
Amare Pizza, Pasta, and everything delicious in between!
Aside from their famous brick-oven pizza, you can also enjoy a wide array of food in Amare La Cucina. It is like bringing the whole of Italy into one place – right at the edges of your plate! When me and my good friend, kuya Mike ate lunch here, we have tried a bunch of dishes to fully experience Amare. Being food lovers as we are, we tried their Quatro-Formaggi Spinach Pizza (a personal must-try), Al Arrabiata Pasta, and their just as sweet Banana Split by Monte Gelati.
To our surprise, Sir Edmark treated us and gave us first dibs on their new 24 Karat Edition Menu Offerings – we’ve got to try (as he told us that we were the first ones to try) 24K Hot Choco and Spanish Latte, and their 24K Steak!
Yup! You read the right! Their 24 Karat edition is one of Amare La Cucina’s firsts and you will get to experience how it is to infuse gold sheets into your food! – for the aesthetics! Sounds interesting, but hey, it is the experience that counts, right? Our curiosity led us to taste some of the best food found in Baguio City!
