The Rocky Valley – tucked outside Baguio’s suburbs

The Rocky Valley Lodge and Café – Baguio is known to have one of the most picturesque views wherever to turn your head to. Its mountainous topography is what makes the city more interesting, and it is also a chance for you to see the natural beauty of the city, sans its tall buildings and the usual hustle-and-bustle. In this blog, The Rocky Valley Restaurant will take you into another dimension and will give you a different view of what Baguio City has to offer.

If you want to escape the daily busy city life, Rocky Valley Restaurant is one of the newest places in Baguio where you get to unwind. Its spacious interiors and a great view of the nearby mountains (with the Loakan Airport as its centerpiece), is also complemented with a wide array of food choices to complete the experience.

The building where the restaurant stands today was formerly an international school. That is why the rooms below the main dining hall will be converted into a hotel once the project will be finished soon. Given its far location, you will just see nature at its best and if you are lucky enough, thick fog will also greet you while dining. The main dining hall can also accommodate up to 200 persons at its maximum capacity and there are still more room left for social gatherings!

Me, together with other Baguio influencers were invited to try the ambiance of The Rocky Valley and it did not disappoint. We were feasted with their finest food selections while we toured the whole place. Every inch of the place is Instagram-worthy, and we love it! The rustic interior of The Rocky Valley adds to the cozy and homey feels inside, making you feel more at home when dining.

What more can I say? Everything seems to fall into its right place! What I am excited about is the opening of their lodge where you will get an unobstructed 180-degree view of the mountains of Itogon and Loakan Airport while you enjoy a warm cup of coffee (or two!)
