Baguio Restaurants with a good view (and great food!)
If you are looking for a different kind of experience when visiting Baguio City, why not try having a gastronomic adventure! Baguio Restaurants (and some restaurants in La Trinidad) are one of a kind as they do not only offer good food, some of them also offer nice views! Some of us want a good view while eating (like, who doesn’t?) Being on top of a mountain range, Baguio City never runs out of good panoramic views while you enjoy your hearty food. Here are some home-grown Baguio Restaurants and Cafes that I personally recommend whenever you plan to visit the City. I have also collated a small list of restaurants and cafes outside Baguio City that offer good food and views, too! 🙂

Read also: M&N Viewdeck Cafe – Enjoy good coffee with their good view!
You probably have not heard of this cafe before but I can tell you that this is one of the best cafes offering a generous view of the nearby mountains. M&N Viewdeck Cafe is situated far from the City Center, making the ambiance more serene. What will catch your attention is the view of the mountains of the nearby municipality of Itogon. If you are lucky enough, a sea of clouds will also greet you in the early hours of the morning!
This is one of the newest Baguio Restaurants where you can enjoy western food while enjoying the breeze from the mountains. Being situated in Loakan, I find the M&N Viewdeck Cafe suitable for those people who look for some peace and silence. The price range is from ₱ 50.00 to 250.00.

If you are a yogurt lover (like me!) and want a taste of organic produce, House of Yogurt Lover (H.O.Y.) is one of the best places I can recommend you to dine or even spend a night or two! Their homegrown dishes are to die for and not to mention, everything has a Cordilleran touch so you would not miss a thing. Upon entering the building, their pasalubong center will greet you, offering the best organic produce in town, including their famous Yolo Yogurt! The place also has a generous view of the nearby Pinewoods Golf and Country Club and nearby Irisan and Suello Village. 2. Good Morning Baguio PottingShed (Tuding, Itogon)
Well, this is one of the Baguio Restaurants that are actually located outside Baguio. The main house (which is open for AirBnB rentals) of the Potting Shed is ornately decorated with colorful house trinkets and bright furniture. In terms of the Potting Shed’s share of a good view, it overlooks the same mountains that can also be seen from Mines View Park.

If you are a morning person and want to have that cup of coffee, Tan-aw sa Alang in Tuba is one of the best places to greet the sunrise and the sunset. Having just a simple menu of coffee and hot chocolate, with some Western and Cordillera fusion dishes on the side, it is one of the go-to places for adventure seekers who want to have a different view of Baguio’s mountainous landscape.
“Tan-aw” means ‘overlooking’ (a place), similar to that of “Tam-Awan” Village in Pinsao Proper, and “Alang” is the Cordilleran term for a ‘rice granary’ as the cafe’s structure is reminiscent to that of a granary house, mostly found in the Cordilleras. Just about 300 meters away from the Badiwan Viaduct, you get to have a treat into one of the better views of Tuba and of course, Baguio City.
